Robot grader 300 designed to sort meat products:
• Fillets
• Legs and drumsticks
• Thighs
• Capacity for fillets up to 280 pieces per minute.
• The fillets are entering the machine in two lanes placed on the conveyor
across the travelling direction.
• Manual correction shall ensure that angle is maximum +-45°
• The minimum distance between the fillets is 100mm.
• Capacity for complete legs up to 230 pieces per minute.
• The complete legs are entering the machine in two lanes placed
on the conveyor in the travelling direction
• Manual correction shall ensure that angle is maximum +-45°
• The minimum distance between the legs is 100mm
• Capacity for thigh up to 280 pieces per minute.
• The thighs are entering the machine in two lanes placed on the conveyor
in the travelling direction.
• Manual correction shall ensure that angle is maximum +-45° and that the skin side is up.
• The minimum distance between the thighs is 100mm
• Capacity for drumsticks up to 280 pieces per minute.
• The drumsticks are entering the machine in two lanes.
• The orientation of the drumsticks shall be in the travelling direction
• No manual orientation shall be needed, guides before the Robotgrader
can orient the products
• The distance between the drumsticks is maintained from the cut-up line
and shall result in minimum 100mm distance.
• Tray dimensions: 225 x 175 x 41 mm

Tray production:The Robotgrader's shall automatically decide which tray target weights
that is most suitable to produce.
Four different target weights can be used at the same time.
The weight range is from 300g to lOOOg with 50 g step.

Bulk production:Each robot has three boxes for bulk production.
The settings are entered manually.
The products are thrown into the boxes by the robot.
The boxes shall be made of paper or plastic and contain a plastic bag.
