SPINNING LINES DESCRIPTION (year of construction 1997)


A Line (4 sections) production 3.000 kg/day final count 150 den white or coloured
Composition of each autonomous section:

* molecular sieve dehumidificator with closed circuit for the process’air
* cristallizer/dryer for 40 kg/h for chips base
* cristallizer/dryer for 5 kg/h for coloured master with automatic granules’ loading
* volumetric dosing system for master bach
* extruder diam. 45 mm
* spinning head with a crown pump and 6 parcels of rectangular spinnerets
* dowtherm heating system
* blow cell with enziming and entangling threadlines
* winder with six compresses

each section can produce independently from the others a different count and colour.

B Line production 1.000 kg/day final count 150 den white or coloured
The line can serve as a production plant, such as the pilot plant, as it allows to work PET PP using godet, revolver-type winder, dowtherm heating system with and without vacuum.
Composition:

* molecular sieve dehumidificator with closed circuit for the process’air (temperature up to -70°C.)
* cristallizer/dryer for 40 kg/h for chips base
* cristallizer/dryer for 5 kg/h for coloured master with automatic granules’ loading
* volumetric dosing system for master bach
* extruder diam. 45 mm
* spinning head with two crown pumps and 8 parcels of round spinnerets with rapid clutch
* dowtherm heating system
* blow cell with enziming and entangling threadlines
* winder with three hot godets and eight compresses

C and D Lines production 2.000 kg/day each one with final count 150 den white or coloured
The two lines have in common the air-treatment for cips drying (Munter lithium chloride dehumidificator with open circuit)
Composition of each line:

* cristallizer/dryer for 100 kg/h for chips base
* cristallizer/dryer for 8 kg/h for coloured master with automatic granules’ loading
* volumetric dosing system for master bach
* extruder diam. 75 mm
* spinning head with eight polimer dosing pumps and 8 parcels of double rectangular spinnerets
* dowtherm heating system
* eight blowing cells with enziming and entangling threadlines
* four winders with four compressors


R Line (4 sections) production 150 kg/hour
The line is used for the recovering of the wastes in various steps of working.
Composition :
- grinding mill
- small heap silo
- volumetric dosing system
- pre-heater
- extruder diam 75mm
- spinning pump and head with spinneret for chips
- quenching tank, drying
- cutting
- transporting device to silo

Each line is commanded by means of an independent console which visualizes all the parameters like temperature, pression, etc, at the same time the winders have a semiautomatic robots for taking-off.

Spinning ancillary equipment

* Stocking and pneumatic transporting system for master and chips (three cement silo covered by inox steel inside, compressors, automatic valves and so on).
* Winding and blowing air conditioning, composed of a preparation station, filtration, washing and humidification with separate humidity and temperature regulation for zone and line (refrigerated water batteries, hot water baterries and electrical resistances), with relative regains.
* Chiller for refrigerated water with two custom pack closed-circuit refrigerators temp. 4/5°C which serve the dryers’ process air dehumidificators, into the chips-feeding tubes towards the dryers, in the conditioning for the air humidity and in the compressors.
* A centralized compressed-air plant with two screw-compressors of 10 bar and a suitable stocking, dehumidifying and deoiling systems with a relative control system.
* Diathermic oil plant with two gas generators temp. up to 250°
* Hot water (90°) gas heated plant for the conditioning and heating.
* Transformation cabin MT/BT 1200Kw and a suitable network. Buffer battery for the spinning lines with a guaranteed working time of 10 min.
* Power-boards room for the spinning lines
* Spinnerets’ laborotory for cleaning and preparation of spinnerets parcels with burning oven, sander and pre-heating oven.
* Chemical textile laborotory for the complete yarn checking.
* Enziming oil preparation system with a demineralizer and plastic reinforced by fiber glass tanks.
* Gas ramp for the azote distribution on the extruders chips’ entry bodies.
* Quality control and POY packing zone.
