Silos system

3 silos in trevire, 25 tons each, every silo has its own vibra motor floor of Ø900mm, inox, with a regulation for vibrations.
Centrifuge with a motor power of 4kW on side canals for transporting the product to the silo, to the point of dosing with bearers to fix it to a wall.
Approx 30m long pipes, Ø50mm inox AISI 304 ensemble with s turns, bearers, joints…)
Dosing scales of 150kg capacity, full in inox, air filter, a 25cm butterfly fender, manual controlling, there’s a bearer to connect the silo to the wall.
Dosing system ES-03 where a microprocessor is used, sensors, alphanumeric display on 8 numbers of 13mm, dosing up to 9 products, can memorize up to 99 units, percentage dosing, automatic taro function, making dosing always accurate, memorizing every product’s consumption, you can define tolerance of every product’s dosing separately. The controlling is easy.
