The line consists of several components that form a
single technological unit: Unwinder, Divider,
Hydraulic trolleys, Pneumatic hydraulic
straightener, Winder, Hydraulic unit, Waste winders,
Set of knives and washers. The device parameters
are as follows: Unwinder: Load capacity 10,000Kg, Max. the width of the input material is 1550 mm, the
inner diameter is 450-750 mm. The development is

carried out with the help of an electric motor.
Scissors for longitudinal cutting: This is a machine
set of two shafts on which knives and washers are
threaded as needed. The hardness of the knives for
longitudinal division is 58-60HRC, The knives are in
the number of 26 sets of two pieces of 16mm knives
+ 48 rubberized pads. Cutting speed is 10-35m/min.
Divisible material from 0.3 - 3mm, Minimum cutting
width is 16mm Pneumatic hydraulic straightener:
Operating pressure 8bar, Max. operating width is
1550mm Uncoiler: Load capacity 10,000Kg, Driven
by an electric motor 11KW, inner diameter of the
coil is 508mm Hydraulic unit: Power 7.5KW Control
panel: Enables control of operation in automatic
