The anthropomorphic robot ROBY 6 EX model is an electronically controlled machine
having 5 degrees of freedom, designed to automatically perform spraying operations in general
such as liquid coating or powder of metal surfaces, wood, plastic and glass.
The robot arm provides maximum maneuverability, thanks to a system
of clutches and a perfect tire balancing, besides the use of special light alloys
Further flexibility of use is obtained thanks to the particular configuration of the wrist
that through the rotation of 360 ° of each axis, allows to reach any point of the elements being machined
with the carousel equipped with 3 or more arms that allow the manual
or automatic loading of the elements to be sprayed, the treatment of the same
and the discharge to the shoulders of the robot in a safe area for the operator
The arms are provided of rotation group synchronized with the robot
For the programming of work cycles using the direct self-learning system
where the operator will perform the desired coating cycle, the control computer
will ensure the storing of the executed trajectories, and then repeat them faithfully
at equal speed or different (greater or lesser ) to that of programming
The selection of the programs can be done manually by means of the standard keyboard
with fast search system, or as an option, automatically by remote control
