Q: Regarding your Staple Fiber Plant Complete Production Line wih Autefa, Barmag, Neumagwhat, Eremal, Borel is the total output on daily and/or monthly basis
A: The capacity of the plant is 35-40 tonnes per day, depending on the titre of the corresponding assortment.

Q: I need the foowing information regarding your Autefa, Barmag, Neumag  Staple Fiber Plant Complete Production Line capacity 35-40 tonnes per day from 2004.
Is it possible to produce hollow and  cotton type  fibers with pet flakes?
Production of denier range? Between which denier the line can make Fibre pruduction ?
Actually how much delicate range of finer production?
A: Yes, it is possible to work 100 % with PET bottle flakes with this Staple Fiber Plant – actually we did some special improvements in order to work with 100 % PET bottle flakes and even – depending on the quality we were able to blend some other grinded material, e.g. out of film / foil etc … !!!
In this respect please be aware that this line is having a two step process which is very good in order to have better textil-physical parameters than the competition, especially regarding the elongation, the shrinkage and the tenacity !!! … ans such a two step process is of course also more efficient and flexible becaus in case there is a problem in the line only one step has to stop and the other step can still continue !!!
To produce hollow fiber should work, however we do not have the respective spinnerets for this and therefore we do not have any experience in this respect.
Considering the denier, we were producing between 3 den and 25 den – the finer deniers we were just starting to produce – the first tests were showing a 1,7 denier but we then had to stop the tests as we were closing down the line. The topic of finer deniers is also depending of the textil-physical parameters.

Q: I want to produce open end cotton yarn 14tons per day. Ne 6 to ne 30 with Rieter line. What set up do you recommend?
A: For such production we we are using the following set up with Rieter and Schlaforst machines:
2 LINES OF COMPLETE RIETER BLOWROOM LINE with  2 SETS BOA BALE OPENER, 2 SETS PRE CLEANER B10, 2 SETS MULTIMIXER B7/3- 6CHAMBERS, 2 SETS OPENER CLEANER B60
For carding and drawing we suggest 12 SETS RIETER C50 CARDING, 6 SETS RIETER SB 951 drawing first passge,  6 SETS RIETER RSB 951 drawing secon passage
And for spinning we use 5 SETS SCHLAFHORST BD 416 OPENEND with 416 ROTORS each
