Q: Regarding your used Mageba Single ribbon dyeing machine for ribbons and tapes in 200mm 2002 I have some questions about "spraying chamber" - Does it mean High temperature Steamer or just a dry heat oven? Usually pre-heater used in polyester dyeing, but steamer (or spaying chamber - in nylon dying). We mostly dye nylon, but plan to dye polyester the same line as we think this line can manage If I can dye both nylon and polyester
A: The MagebaSingle ribbon dyeing machine has two systems for dye fixation: Pad steam at 220/240°C and Electric at 170°C. You can use either one or the other. We use this machine to dye polyester.
