The R 53 is a very robust compression machine featuring a forged steel turret head with very durable hard chromium plating to the working surfaces, replaceable wear bushings in the punch guides, replaceable stainless steel wear plates on the die table.
The unique air compensator system on the compression mechanism enables products / tablets to be produced to either constant density or thickness. The penetration of the upper punches into the guide is adjustable from 0 -15mm. In storage / not used since 2003
