1st. the needling machine is for 4 pcs of needle plates and 3 600 needles; two feeding slat belts at the input, a cylinder at the output
2nd. the needling machine is for 4 pcs of needle plates and 5 600 needles; there are feed rollers at the input and output
The number of needles depends on the type of needle plates used.

The machines are stopped

• single board
• down stroke
• RPM 1100 – 1500

Please inform also your customer that both needle machines Fehrer produced nonwoven fabrics for automotive.
Machines are dismantled but complete.
Machines will be without needle boards - this always depends on customer´s production which is different
