• Both Machines Spreading 180cm wide fabrics
• Well maintained & serviced by the manufacture, complete with manuals.
• Cradle feed - a distinct advantage when dealing with elliptical rolls - crushed tubes - without the need to enter fabric support rolls - easy "drop down" loading for the fabric roll
• Both Machines spreading 2-way face to face fabrics with end catchers fitted with drop limiters to prevent crushing of delicate fabrics on the turn back
• Easy Set up for the marker length
• Optical selvedge edge alignment to the working side to maximize the marker width
• Operator Ride on Platform to stop operator fatigue having to walk with the machine. Especially advantageous when laying long marker lengths. allowing the operator to monitor the spreading of difficult fabrics with full concentration.
• 1 x fully automatic 1 - way face up cutting off device - shared between both machines (having the ability to fit both machines)
• Automatic slowing into the marker ends to prevent crashing, enabling fast controlled spreading of the marker length.
• Both Machines have 24-meters of Air flotation tabling for ease of moving the lay to a computerized "Gerber" type of fabric cutting machine, or the manual cutting section of the table to release the spreading machine to spread the next lay to maximize the spreading machines potential
