Pile 160 modulles x 4 pulleys x 4 sections = 2560 threads for pile

Reed has width 142 cm, 1280 gaps
Pile: 2560 / 142 cm = 18 threads/cm
Warp: 5120 / 142 cm = 36 threads/cm

Staubli jacquard year 2000 model LX1690B format 3072 hooks
In the year 2021 was replaced harness, were replaced modules in jacquard and the jacquard was renovated.

All three looms are equipped with creels for pile warp:
• First section: 1280 bobbins
• Second section: 1280 bobbins
• Total: 2560 yarns for pile warp
Two warp beams for the ground warp, each with 2560 yarns = 5120 yarns total
Weft density: 12 picks/cm – every two picks, one cutting wire
Reed width: 1420 mm
Fabric width: 142 cm
