BF600 Slipcase forming machine

Product Introduction
BF600 is a semi automatic model specifically designed to make all types of slipcases boxes.It
automates the slipcase making processes of paper wrapping, bottom plate sticking and box
forming. With the air-vacuum part it allows the factory to make slipcases without the corner pasting
process. For its high efficiency it can replace 3-4 workers on manual processes. It usually pairs
with a box turn-in and pressing machine to complete the whole process. Features
1. No installation process needed, plug-in power and ready to go. 2. Manual feeding, simple control and fast job setting. 3. Optional air vacuum system, used to produce slipcase boxes with V-groove solid board, no need to paste box corners, and the finished
product is more beautiful with sharp corners compared to die cut board format. 4. The operating system is simple and convenient, up to 5 production process modes can be selected, and the system automatically adjusts
to the corresponding process program. 5. The wrapping forming action is now upgraded from air cylinder driven to electric motor driven, which is faster in response and smooth in

boxes and the shoulder of shoulder boxes. It also can be modified with some extra parts to work on hexagonal
and octagonal boxes. For its high efficiency and multiple functions it can be a great tool to help you improve
