Industrial washing line for plastic recycling
This stainless-steel washing line offers an efficient solution for
cleaning and processing plastic materials such as PET, PVC and PS.
Designed for continuous operation, it provides stable performance,
controlled handling of the material and a workflow adapted to
medium-capacity recycling plants.

Key processing stages of the system
The line begins with a reception and densifying tank measuring
1,500 mm x 500 mm and equipped with two paddles to ensure the
first agitation and sinking/flotation separation.
The process continues in a second tank of 1,500 mm x 1,500 mm, designed
for stronger agitation and equipped with a bottom discharge valve plus an
outlet conveyor feeding the centrifuge.

High-speed centrifuge for moisture reduction
The central element of the line is a centrifuge operating at 3,000 rpm with
a 12.5 HP motor. This stage removes excess water, dirt and
lightweight residues, preparing the material for
the final air-separation steps.
The output is conveyed directly to the separation chamber for
paper and fines.

Air-extraction separation system
After centrifugation, an air-extraction module separates labels,
paper and remaining light contaminants.
This improves the purity of the flakes before the final conveying stage.

Final discharge to cyclone and Big-Bag
The cleaned material is transported to a cyclone that allows
efficient discharge into Big-Bags, keeping the final product dry,
contained and ready for subsequent processing or storage.
With a working capacity of 500 kg/h, the line is suitable for
small to medium recycling facilities requiring reliable and
consistent output.
