The MINI SOFT dyeing machine is adapted to test dyeing and cooperates with our laboratory , where we check new processes to be later applied in mass production. Mainly used also for sample dyeing.

The TRD dyeing machine was a special order and is designated for dyeing of soft and light fabrics not resistant for bending or crashing made from cotton, Polyamide, PES or so called “modified “ fibres. Especially good results when dyeing fabrics with lycra which easily crash during dyeing processes.
Each machine is produced from high quality stainless steel ( or acid proof steel) and equipped with the same range of computer control systems which work in the same operational system of dyeing processes. All machines are HT (high temperature) designated to dye fabrics knitted and woven made of cotton and/or synthetic yarns and their blends.
Each dyeing machine is equipped with spare water tank ( mainly after cooling) which allows to decrease costs and make dyeing process more economical.
All dyeing machines are equipped with necessary equipment to guarantee best quality of washing, bleaching or dyeing both as atmospheric and high temperature ones . One can also run on those machines so called “TUBE DYEING” which is mainly applied when manufacturing fabrics for military purposes.
The tube dyeing system is applied for manufacturing fabrics with over standard requirements and parameters of use, resistance for many chemicals as well as various special treatments ( like disinfection in chlorine gas etc).
Daily output in 5 day week and 3 shift work daily and assuming proper and full dyeing cycles ( min.8-12 h) is practically on level of 6,000 kgs.
