Please note this machine has recently been partially refurbished by the manufacturer.
All nips, plastic guards, coating cylinders have been replaced
with new, both flexo stations have been dismantled, serviced and rebuilt by digicon engineers as well as die station.
Pneumatics largely replaced on the machine and full health check done.
On flexo units all bearings have been replaced, UV systems serviced by GEW, servo motors and drives opened, cleaned, function tested and rebuilt.
