The FPLC system is supplied with a PC and appropriate software.
The Akta Explorer liquid chromatograph (HPLC/FPLC) consists of the following modules: Box-900, pH/C-900 monitor,
UV-900 monitor, P-900 pump, and Frac-950 fraction collector.
Liquid chromatography is an analytical technique based on the different affinities of substances
for the mobile and stationary phases and can be used in both analytical and production applications.
The UV-900 UV absorption monitor enables simultaneous monitoring of up to three wavelengths.
The Frac-950 automated fraction collector is intended for research use only and is not suitable for clinical or diagnostic applications.
The pH/C-900 monitor is ideal for pH and conductivity measurements during liquid chromatography.

pH range of the pH/C-900 monitor: 0–14; conductivity range: 1 μS/cm to 999.9 mS/cm.
