FEATURES:
• This spiral-flow turbulent immersion washer flume is 11 feet long by 31 inches wide with agitating water jets all along the left-side near the bottom to provide spiral water flow for gentle immersion washing of delicate food products.
• The helical flow wash tank overflows onto a 5 foot long by 30 inch wide ELEVATING DISCHARGE CONVEYOR with an interlocking chain type belt with fine perforations to allow the water to pass through while discharging the dewatered product on ward.
• The conveyor is powered by a .5 HP stainless steel shrouded motor with an aluminum body gear reducer.
• The water falls through into a stainless steel catch and balance tank, with a new Thomsen model 8 stainless steel RECIRCULATION PUMP with 7.5 HP motor.
• Check valve included to keep the wash tank water from draining into the wash tank when the pump is shut off.
• All pipe fittings / connections are USDA food-grade sanitary.
• All food-grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
• The water jet nozzles are removable for sanitation.
• All drives 208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
