Ampack Ammann AA6, 6-Line Cup Filling & Sealing Machine

This fully equipped cup filling and sealing machine is designed
for 95 mm round cups with 6 lines,
ideal for ultra-clean and viscous products such as stirred yogurt,
quark, rice milk, or other liquid products, featuring a sterile air system.

The machine includes an automatic cup infeed station with cup destacking
and H₂O₂ cup decontamination.
It is equipped with a pre-doser for fruit pulp (10–50 ml)
with three independent hoppers and a CIP-cleanable main doser.
Lid dispensing is integrated with infrared decontamination,
followed by heat sealing and a traverse for date coding (inkjet printer not included).
The snap cap station is currently out of use.

An integrated automatic cup packer handles trays of 6 (3×2) or 12 (3×4) cups.
A free-standing Siemens S5 control panel is included,
and the line will remain operational until February 2026.
