USDA approved vertical rotary band sealing system
with 4' high adjustable floor stand. Lockable Casters.
Designed to seal materials: polyethylene, polypropylene,
laminates, nylon, Tyvek, PET/polyester,
foil, & stand-up pouches.
Designed with 5" long heating zone and 5" long Nickle plated cooling zone
with temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Chrome plated sealing assemblies.
Variable speeds up to 540 inches per minute. (45 fpm)
Digital Temperature Control with PID Autotune
Front heater On/Off switch for sealing Tyvek.
Heat is generated from front and rear heaters as required for other materials.
Seals 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8" wide.
Adjustable Height on Conveyor: 3 1/2" to 15".
Discharge Height: 32 in
