Apple processing plant
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
Apple processing plant (fresh produce)
consisting of:
Two tilting devices for wooden or plastic crates.
Three 4-lane ABL apple peeling machines,
built in 2007.
These have a capacity of approximately 100 apples per minute per machine.
After the ABL machines, the peeled and halved
or segmented apples are either packaged as such
or transported to FAM dicers, type MCB, built in 2008,
using a vibrating chute and sorting belt.
Two of these dicers are available with various inserts;
both 10x10x10 mm and 20x20x20 mm are available.
You can also decide whether the apples
will be processed treated or untreated.
The apples are packaged using a Jasa chute scale,
which transfers the weighed quantity to a flow-wrapping machine.
The systems were prepared for the coming season. However,
the decision was made to outsource these products.
