when wraps remaining are less than five. Emergency brake release (manual over
hydraulic). Estimated weight 3,250 #. Sliding Jaw type clutch for full free-wheel
Band type brake with hand wheel operation. Mounts on 8 ea. 3/4 x 10 NC Grade 8 bolts
