The ProFlex Thermocycler is an endpoint thermal cycler
specifically designed for nucleic acid amplification using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method.
The user interface includes a touchscreen with a graphical display showing the time, status,
and temperature for each run. A touchscreen keypad allows you to enter information into on-screen fields.
It is also compatible with Applied Biosystems' thermal cycler control software. PCR volume range: 5–20 µl.
Maximum block heating rates: 3.0 °C/sec. Maximum sample heating rates: 1.6 °C/sec.
Temperature accuracy (35 °C to 99.9 °C): ±0.25 °C. Temperature range: 0 °C to 100.0 °C.
