Complete skid mounted automatic CIP system.
With 1 outgoing line, with CIP + pump APV W35/35
6.9”/175mm impellor power: 5,5 K.
Giving approx. 20.000ltr/h at 3bar (flow controllable by freq
drive), pneumatic operated valves (make APV).
On +/+ press line temperature sensor, tubular heat
exchangers steam-water with steam control valve and
condensate trap, filter, check valve, detergent injection point.
On -/- return line conductivity sensor (E&H), temperature
sensor, flow switch.
2 x Single jacketed tank, volume: 800 ltr with 2 x level sensors
(high and low)
2 x dosing pumps for cleaning detergent.
2 x hot water feed Pumps:
Make: Grundfoss and make: APV outside skid.
Stainless steel control panel with Siemens S7-300 controls
and Siemens HMI touchscreen operator panel, frequency
converter for pumps.
