Arpac 45TW-28, Shrink Bundler

In line, shrink bundler and tunnel,
rated from 1 to 45 bundles per minute – depending on materials,
application and machine configuration.
Product size range: 6" to 15" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width;
2" to 12" in Height. Film Roll: up to 27" in width;
up to 14" in diameter; 3" core.

Equipped with
17" wide x 32" long in feed conveyor,
(2) 28" wide film roll holders with film splicing station,
29" wide hot knife seal jaws with 12" vertical travel
and 17" wide x 30" long transfer conveyor to single zone
shrink tunnel with 29” wide x 16" high total aperture
and 70" long tunnel with 112" long x 29" wide
Intralox product conveyor with top mounted blower
and discharge end cooling fan. Control panel has A/B CPU controller,
with touch pad controls and readout,
start / stop / e-stop / manual seal push button controls
and digital temperature controller for seal bar
and tunnel cooling fan on / off switch and statis light bar.
Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
