Complete production line for semi hard cheeses like Gouda,
Maasdam Edam. Line was primarily used for demonstrations,
so still in excellent condition.
Controls: Siemens S7 and color touchscreen HMI operation panel.
Cheese shape and Weight, round ‘Wheel’ shape: 4–5 kg
and 10–12 kg. Batch size: 4.000liter.
Daily capacity: 2 batches (8.000 liter) in a 1 shift or
up to 4 batches (16.000 liter) in 2 shifts.
Main components: 1.) Raw milk reception (tanks excluded),
2.) Milk pasteuriser, 3.) Cheese vat (4.000 ltr),
4.) Prepressing vat, 5.) Final Presses, 6.) CIP-system,
7.) Brine system, 8.) Mould cleaning,
9.) Cheese ripening racks, 10.) Set of moulds and 11.) Controls.
