This equipment is built according to the European Pressure Apparatus Directive 97/23/EC, capable of treating products under pressure of up to 10 bars and ambient temperature of unpackaged food products within a refrigerated container at -20 ºC.
It consists of a bayonet locking door with automatic operation using hydropneumatic cylinders and internal pressure safety device.
Pressurized door closing gasket to apply pressure and vacuum.
Autoclave placed inside a refrigerated container on a stainless steel leg support.
The rails on which the cars roll are made of stainless steel.
Equipment in perfect condition.
