2,500 mm needle punching line
Consisting of:
– PORTO feeding silo with a usable output width of 2,150 mm.
– AUTOMATEX EN81 infeed system.
– AUTOMATEX PR 50/T MAT 1217/C needle loom with a usable working width of 2,500 mm, 5,000 needles per linear meter, operating at 1,200 strokes per minute and a needle stroke of 60 mm.
– MANES material accumulator with a working width of 2,500 mm.
– MANES cutting unit with a working width of 2,500 mm, equipped with 5 longitudinal cutting blades and 1 transversal cutting blade, with output to plates or roll folding.
Production capacity: 700–800 kg/h with heavy-weight multicolor material or 500–600 kg/h with light-weight material.
Three-phase power supply: 380V.
Includes control panels, motors, needle boards, and some spare parts for the needle loom.
Various spare parts and 3 sets of needle plates included.
The machinery line requires an approximate working space of 15 x 7 meters.
Year of manufacture: 1993.
The line is assembled as shown in the photos and currently idle (not in use).
The line has been used for manufacturing needle-punched materials for the mattress industry.
