1 – Heater and mixing silo with a capacity of 1500 kg;
PRODUCTION IN PP 250 kg/h to 300 kg/h;
PRODUCTION IN HDPE 450 kg/h to 600 kg/h;
1 – Funnel feed thread, automatic with electromagnet;
1 – 120mm extruder with frequency inverter,
zone separation fan and hydraulic head for
changing 250mm screen and 100hp motor,
with pigment doser in the funnel;
1 – 150mm cascade extruder with
200mm hydraulic screen change and 30 HP motor.
With inverter;
1 – 6 MTS bathtub with wire separator;
1 – Stainless steel wire vibrator dryer with turbo fan;
1 – Sagec 300mm chopper;
1 – Pneumatic gibeon chopper;
1 – 75 HP binder;
1 – 600mm mill 3 rotating knives and 2 standby knives 30 HP engine;
This line of equipment has been in use for a short time,
