Block gluing machine Automation Blox 50 U
for the efficient production of blocks of all kinds in a format range from DIN A6 to DIN A3 and developed for both small and large runs.

The blocks are created by hand.
Depending on the type of block, its thickness and size as well as the preparation, can be launched by a feeder up to 1800 blocks.
The vertical hot glue head is part of the entire, hermetically sealed,maintenance-free and odorless glue system.
The cover feeder with creasing device feeds the cover sheets,
which are folded over on the glued side and attached to the cardboard backing by the reactivated hot glue.
The blocks are counted and stacked exactly on the delivery tableand transported out ready for packaging.
