Autool PR200

The Autool PR200 Profile Grinder is a metal cutting edge tool grinder.
Used for grinding cutters on small moulders, spindle moulders, shapers etc.
Machine uses a template formed to the reverse of the mould profile.
Required to accurately form cutters to the correct profile each time they are ground.

Two basic essentials needed in cutter grinding.
First is to remove least amount necessary to form and restore the cutter edge.
This prevents needlessly wasted cutter life.
Second is to produce find ground finishes.
Experience shows it’s essential for long machine life.
The Autool PR200 Profile Grinder permits fine screw adjustment of the cut and template control.
This allows full spark out of the grind and provides an excellent finish.
