Baader 185, Fish filleting machine

The machine’s working range accommodates fish
with total lengths ranging from approximately
50 to 100 cm (equivalent to 1 – 8.5 kg) for cod,
50 to 90 cm (1 – 6 kg) for saithe, and 50 to 80 cm
(1 – 4.5 kg) for haddock.
Additionally, it can handle de-headed fish:
cod measuring 40 to 80 cm (0.8 – 6.5 kg),
saithe measuring 40 to 75 cm (0.8 – 5.0 kg),
and haddock measuring 40 to 65 cm (0.8 – 3.5 kg).

Equipped with an integrated skinning unit,
the Baader 185 ensures highly efficient processing
with optimal product quality and a high yield.

This machine is complemented with the skinner Baader 51.
