Baader 221 HF Complete pelagic line

This complete pelagic line was completely renovated in 2023.
It has only been in operation for approx. 50–100 hours since installation.
The solution for pelagic processing has a wide range
of possibilities. All components are developed
for high-speed processing and are well-proven in the industry.

The line consists of:
Automatic feeder BAADER 488 – year of production 2005;
Heading and filleting machine BAADER 221 HF – year of production 2010;
Skinning machine BAADER 56 – year of production 1998;
It comes with a brand new vacuum system with cyclone and pump.

Fish species:
Herring, Mackerel, Trout (other species on request).

Working area (approx.):
Herring: 22–40 cm; approx. 75–750 g;
Seasoned herring: 22–40 cm; approx. 75–750 g;
Marinated herring: 22–40 cm; approx. 75–750 g;
Mackerel: 25–42 cm; approx. 200–600 g;
Trout: approx. 160–600 g.

Capacity:
Nominal speed: up to 340 trays/min (depending on species, feed and condition).
