Baader IS-693 Scaler

The Baader IS-693 Scaler is specifically designed
for processing salmon, trout, zander, and similar fish,
preparing them for further processing.
The machine's design offers easy and clear access
to the internal components, minimizing maintenance and daily cleaning.
The scaling mechanism provides a high-quality process
and ensures consistent performance and capacity without damaging the fish.

The Baader IS-693 Scaler is equipped with six scaling spindles,
three above and three below the fish, with different geometries
for scaling round fish such as salmon weighing 1 to 7 kg
and similar species.
The speed through the machine is continuously adjustable with a single button.
