1. The cleaning machines of the FAW series are designed for wet cleaning of vials,
bottles, ampoules and similar types of container,
including non-stable containers, to pharmaceutical industry standards.
The containers are conveyed through the work area very gently in an intermittent flow.
By using the pressure-controlled rinsing and spraying system
and various cleaning media, optimal pharma-compliant cleaning
of all containers is assured.
The various cleaning media can be used in any chosen order,
and the line system is configured in such a way that media do not mix.
The sterilizing tunnel DHT2550 dry,
sterilize and depyrogenize glass containers using a low-turbulence vertical air flow.
The sterilizing-grade filters or integrated high-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA filters)
do not require any sealing on the air discharge side.
Special hot gas filters in the sterilization zone produce a cleanroom class
A atmosphere in all operating conditions
(even during the pre-heating and cooling phases).
The tunnels have multiple insulation layers to prevent heat loss
and maximize energy efficiency.

3. Fully automatic intermittent-motion machine KSF1025
for filling and closing cylindrical glass, plastic or metal containers
such as bottles and vials with up to two different types of closure.
The machines have a wide range of uses in the pharmaceutical,
cosmetic and other related industries.
The dosing station is designed to process liquid products using rotary piston pumps.
However, it can also be equipped with alternative dosing technology
such as peristaltic pumps or a time-pressure dosing system.
It is possible to process all standard types of closure,
such as rubber stoppers, droppers, screw caps, pilfer-proof caps
and crimp caps, including special closures with pipettes,
pump spray assemblies, child-proof closures etc.
