The BBK ESB (Etikettier- und Sondermaschinenbau) is a modular system designed for precision labeling on high-speed packaging lines. It stands out for its robust stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, typical of German engineering, ensuring stability even under heavy-duty use. This system integrates a dedicated conveyor belt and “Rapid” series labeling heads, known for their positioning accuracy (+/- 0.5 mm). The versatility of the ESB series allows for wrap-around labeling on cylindrical products or applications on flat surfaces (top/bottom), making it ideal for pharmaceutical and cosmetic end-of-line processes. Furthermore, this specific model integrates an industrial vision system for real-time verification of label application and data compliance (such as batch codes and expiry dates).
