The plant can produce 36 t / day of cardboard in the basis weight range from 1,000 to approx. 2,000 g / m² with a sheet format of 2.8 x 4.2 m.
If an additional external cutting device is retrofitted, higher grammages of up to approx. 3,500 g / m² can be produced with this machine. The dryer currently consists of a steam-heated pre-dryer with a wire belt as the transport direction and a directly gas-fired shaft dryer. For the production of flat cardboard, the corrugated dryer would have to be converted from the existing chain transport system to a wire belt transport system. The system was completely overhauled in 2006/2007 (new stainless steel frame, completely new Siemens S7 control system and new power electronics, partial renewal of the dryer with a new dryer section from Dornier and new stainless steel ceiling panels).
Scope is the complete cardboard machine including the constant part (pressure sorter, growth shaker and pumps), the pre and wave dryer including heat recovery system and chimney, the shear system and various spare parts (rollers, reserve rotary sieve, coverings, etc.).
However, the steam boiler and vacuum pump, which are required for further production, are not included
