This oven from BONGARD is designed to deliver consistent,
high-quality baking thanks to its robust construction
and advanced technology. It features four baking levels
with a total baking surface of 11 m² and a production
capacity of 58 to 116 kg of bread per hour,
depending on the type of bread.
The baking chambers measure 1200 x 2240 mm,
and each level offers a usable height of 180 mm
for three levels and 225 mm for one level.
It is equipped with a 20 mm thick refractory stone hearth,
ensuring gentle and even baking, as well as
high-performance stainless steel heating elements.
It also includes an independent steam generator for each level,
guaranteeing consistent steam throughout the oven.

It operates with a heating power of 94.8 kW
and a total power of 45.4 kW, powered by 400V, 3PH+N+T,
50Hz electricity.
The integrated elevator allows for optimized production management.
