Bosch Sugar Kneader

Sugar kneader with aroma stirring and lifting device.

The machine features a water-cooled work surface
that rotates at regular intervals.
Two opposing kneading tools fold and squeeze the sugar substitute,
thus expelling any air pockets from the sugar substitute.
This processing of the mass results in a high degree
of plasticity and transparency
for the production of high-quality candies.
A lifting device for the transport vessel is
also mounted on the left side of the machine
to raise the cooked candy substitute onto the cooling plate,
as well as a flavoring mixer for flavors and colors.
For safety, the work area is equipped
with protective grilles and a light barrier.
