The Bourg Binder BB3102 is a fully automated perfect binding system aimed at medium-run and short-run production environments.
The BB3102 combines the proven BB3002 driven at constant maximum speed (400 books/hour)
with the Bourg Book Loader (BBL), making it easy to produce a wide variety of bound softcover books,
from traditional or digital print streams, with minimal operator intervention.

In less than six minutes, the operator can load up to 120 book blocks into the BBL,
and perform other tasks – such as packing books that have just been produced –
while the BB3102 operates unattended for up to 25 minutes.
