Stainless steel hemispherical process vessel supplied new in 1989
with flange mounted dished top cover secured
by rim clamp system
The vessel is approx 920mm dia x approx 920mm deep
approx gross capacity 509 litres (to flange face)
approx working volume is 250-300 litres
The vessel is rated at 20psi design pressure
and 3psi test pressure
126°C design temp
The vessel has a top mounted anchor type mixer
with surface scraper blades driven from an air motor/speed reduction gearbox
Aditionally there is a
second mixer fitted Lightnin A310 3 blade turbine type
also driven from an air motor
Both motors are intrinsically safe flameproof specification
The vessel has a
75mm dia bottom product dishcarge port
It has a stainless steel jacket to the
hemispherical section rated at 60 psi/90psi design/test pressure and 153°C temperature
The top dish as a
300mm dia chargeport and a 150mm
dia sightglass port
The complete top dish with mixer gear etc has a
powered raise and lower facility with
counter balance feature
The vessel stands on 3 x 100mm dia stainless steel legs and
has a stainless steel operator control panel
