Manual infeed of dirty stacks of boxes on the infeed chain conveyor
Controlling of the boxes are correctly orientated by flash
Single de-stacking with lifting device and C-turning device
Pre rinse section
Transport into the washer and spraying with hot detergent water
Washing section with dissolving/washing pump
Recirculate water system through a self-cleaning rotating filter
Water level system to adjust by excess water
After rinse section, boxes are rinsed with clean water, and reducing chemical residues
Drying section with 4 sets of nozzle systems recirculating hot air
Turning device after drying and ready for stacking
Stacker/de-stacker from above to manual palletizing
