Burgess Fruit Washer, stainless steel, ex sultana washer at over 1000kg/hr. The sultanas fall through a grille into the washing tank that has water jets/sprayers, ripple plates trap the stones, a cyclone then removes grit and sand, then into a dewatering basket, capstems are removed, and finally fruit goes into a spin dryer before discharge. Water is sieved and recycled.
