BVM Compacta 7522

This used BVM Compacta 7522 has been completely overhauled
and is very suitable for packaging a wide variety of products.
For completely closed packaging, made from half-tube polyolefin foil.

Machine Description:
From half tube foil, the roll of which is ergonomically placed,
the foil is bent over at right angles via a molded part and unfolded
The continuously running infeed conveyor belt ensures throughput in the machine
Even the smallest products are transported by means of a moving outfeed belt
A photocell mounted both horizontally and vertically ensures the correct film length
for each product to be packaged
Foil is supplied tension-free
Foil supply is motor-controlled by means of a pendulum
The transverse weld is achieved by a maintenance-free (no welding wires,
no Teflon tape), constantly heated welding system, electronically controlled
Weld stamp drive is electro/mechanical
The longitudinal weld is achieved by a pneumatically operated welding knife,
constantly heated, and processes products independent of length
Converting to a different width is very easy and is infinitely adjustable
by means of a push button (minimum 20 mm, maximum 700 mm)
The machine is constructed from steel modules; a modern construction
with stainless steel cover plates, and complies with CE standards
