originally calibrated to run 350 FPM max.
power 460VAC, 30 Amp, 3 phase
tension, taper tension controlled by electronic pressure regulators (E/P)
winder automatically follows the “line speed reference signal” 0-10VDC = 0-350 FPM
(usually signal coming from primary nip drive)
No manual speed control.
each spindle driven by individual motor, automatic start/stop during the index/transfer cycle.
Has static elimination bars
Winder has auto-cut by flip knife in one direction (treat out direction) and originally equipped with static transfer
Winder has standalone secondary nip
