AN AUTOMATIC SIDE LOADING CASE PACKER
Excellent Condition (only used for 24 months)

Product transfer and collation using a FANUC robot model LR mate 6 axis
 Product infeed without accumulation on a motorized conveyor.
 The products are fed in on two lanes onto a conveyor integrated to the case packer,
 The products transferred into the gripping area are detected by cells,
 Products are gripped by the robot Picker poly articulated FANUC 6 axes LRMate equipped with a gripping device with suction cups,
 Gripping check by vacuostat and cells.
 Products are maintained by a 45° chair support so as to ensure their stability during the different placing phases.
 Once the product collation is completed, the batch is transferred and presented at the loading station with products standing up.
 The exceed film flow wrap from the product (called “tail”) will be folded by a guide during the batch transfer.
 Transfer of the complete batch directly into the packaging.

 Fanuc LR MATE 200iC robot: 6-axis robot with high speed wrist for rotation. The hollow wrist allows air hoses to be routed internally into the center of the gripper.

 The Fanuc LR MATE 200 robot can be mounted on the ceiling above the work surface or on the wall or ground, saving precious space.
