• 500 gallon jacketed scraper agitated kettle by cherry burrell.
• 54" diameter x 48" deep, non rated dimple jacket with polished ss shroud,
• Full angular mount scraper agitator with 3 horsepower drive & gear reducer by eurodrive,
• 3" center bottom discharge with tri clamp connection & 20" floor clearance port for flush seating temperature probe,
• Mounted on three ss legs with leveling feet.
• Jacket will not hold pressure and has multiple leaks and one leg of agitator is in retreating fashion.
• Formerly used for prepared fruits.
