Remote control system
Some things that needs attention and be changed:
- Weight indicator: the two electronic boards situated inside the manual steering station must be repaired or replaced. Power supply arrives to the boards, but they do not operate.
- Weight display at foot level: the lower one must be replaced; it has signals of water ingress.
- Load cells on top of the pulleys must be controlled.
- The full system is to be tested and re-calibrated.
- At least two winch encoders must be renewed.
- The moment the machine is disassembled for transportation is the right moment to take care of all maintenance and repair. Attention must be given to one of the steel connections to the wheel units (nº 3) , very rusted and in decay.
- Doors of engine box must be repaired, and closing catches changed.
- Radio control system to be repaired
