Clybourn CHLA, Cartoner Semi Vertical Glue

Semi automatic, intermittent motion,
hot melt glue cartoner rated from 40 to 100 cartons per minute
– speeds depending on materials and application.
Carton size range: 1" to 8" in Length x 3/4" to 3-1/4" in Width x 3-1/2" to 9" in Depth.
Equipped with10" centers with 6′ long load area from either side,
6′ Long x 10" wide cleated belt conveyor infeed brings product
to 7′ long 10"wide belt which feed pouches to cartoner
for hand pick & load. A track chain for minimal depth dimension,
Slauterbach glue w/ ET9 interval controller.
Last used on granola cereal carton.
magazine with auxiliary feeder ,
reciprocating carton pick & 2’long discharge plate.
Deboss coder available at additional cost.
