Comadis, Ima CD 180

The Comadis CD180 by IMA is an automatic tube filler
with dual nozzles For aluminium tubes designed
for demanding production environments.
It features a robust mechanical structure
and offers both basic and tailored configurations,
including fully automatic tube feeders.
The machine is capable of handling up to 180 tubes per minute,
with filling volumes ranging from 2 to 250 ml
(extendable up to 350 ml on request) ,
Diameter from 10 - 50 mm and tube height 60 - 250 mm .
The servo-driven dosing pump allows convenient setup via HMI,
providing precise control over stroke, acceleration,
and deceleration for each dosing piston.
Additionally, the system offers quick interchangeability of closing heads
and simplified size part changes without tools,
ensuring minimal downtime.
