Nonwoven fabric production line (light weight from 15 g/m² to 100 g/m²) composed of:

• 2 Bonino bale openers, built in 2004.
• 1 Bonino pre-opener and fine opener, built in 2004.
• Bonino carding machine, 200 cm wide, with double doffers, built in 2004, equipped with an air feed silo and a dust extraction system.
• Comerio Ercole calender, built in 2004, comprising 4 cylinders including:
• 2 heating cylinders (1 engraved, 1 smooth),
• 2 cylinders for thermal shock,
• 1 spare engraved cylinder.
• Tecnicol winder and cutter, 200 cm wide, automatic, with double roller support and the ability to cut into 2 cm ribbons.

Production Specifications:
• Finished product output speed: 100 linear meters/minute on a 20 g/m² paper weight.

Line Condition:
The machine is in very good condition. It has only been in operation for a total of 3 years.
